Quinoa Pizza


• 1/2 cup of quinoa – uncooked

• 2 eggs

• tablespoon of basil

• tablespoon of oregano

• tablespoon of parsley

• teaspoon of garlic

• teaspoon of salt

• teaspoon of baking powder

• 1 package Italian shredded cheese

• 1 jar of pizza sauce

• 1 package of pepperonis 


Cook quinoa according to package. Mix all dry ingredients with cooked quinoa and eggs. Spread out onto greased pan and place in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. 

Next, top with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperonis. Place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes. 

Serve and enjoy!
