• 1 (2-3 pound) boneless pork roast
• 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup of salted honey
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp dried basil
• 2 tbsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• dash of salt of pepper
Place roast in crockpot. Combine the rest of ingredients and pour over roast. Cook on high for four to six hours and enjoy!
